**The Opportunity**

Due to continued growth in our Security division, we’re looking for a Legal Counsel to support Gallagher’s global operations. Reporting to the Legal Partner - Security, you’ll deliver strategic and commercially astute legal advice across contract negotiation, legal frameworks, training, and compliance initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a global role where you’ll work cross-functionally and make a tangible impact on our commercial success.

**The Fit**

We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative team player with strong commercial acumen and a drive to provide impactful legal solutions. You'll bring:

- A Law degree (LLB) and current practising certificate
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial and contract law
- Experience in a high-performing legal or commercial environment
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Confidence in interpreting complex information and making clear, practical decisions
- A can-do attitude, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement
