**About the role**:
As the Head of Technology, you will translate business strategy into technology reality. You will collaborate across departments to develop a technology blueprint meeting customers' needs. Your role extends beyond technology to nurturing strong relationships with executives and managers, aligning technology goals with business objectives. Your role is to keep leadership informed and ensure the business has a competitive edge by anticipating and responding to major technology changes. You'll also oversee our project team's technical delivery, guiding them towards best practices and security measures.

**About you**:
We're searching for a passionate technology enthusiast. Your expertise lies in Cyber Security, Microsoft, Hyper-V & Azure for Small and medium-sized enterprises, and you will understand security compliance, like ISO27001. You will also have demonstrated experience in setting up, supporting, and maintaining networking and systems, along with a proven track record in leading IT technology projects. If you have Cyber Security and Microsoft certifications, that will put you at an advantage. Familiarity with products like Fortinet, SentinelOne EDR, Datto, or Veeam would also be a plus.

**To be successful, you'll need**:

- Experience in managed service provider environment
- Expertise in Cyber Security, Microsoft, Hyper-V & Azure for Small and medium-sized enterprises
- An understanding of security compliance, e.g., ISO27001/2 and how it applies to Small and medium-sized enterprises
- Demonstrated expertise in the setup, support and maintenance of Networking & Systems
- Experience in leading IT technology projects
- Relevant Cyber Security certifications and Microsoft certifications.
- Familiarity with products like Fortinet, SentinelOne EDR, Datto or Veeam is a bonus.
