THE TEAM

A mixture of civil construction and roads maintenance projects are managed from the Dargaville Branch of our Transport Division. Boasting a good blend of both local and international experience, we support each other, provide opportunities for development and promotion, and have ambitions to expand our Northland business in the coming years.

THE ROLE

This role is accountable for the compilation and management of the monthly unplanned reactive maintenance programme. You will inspect, rate, and report on the condition of the assets within the contract as well as inspecting and auditing traffic management and network maintenance teams to ensure compliance within the relevant standards.

ABOUT YOU

Relevant experience in road maintenance, civil road construction, sealing methods, drainage construction and maintenance
- Engineering or civil trade qualification is an advantage
- Diligent with planning and managing time and changing priorities
- Ability to effectively balance quality and quantity
- A problem solver who can look beyond the immediate and find root causes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
