Our data, information and how it's designed, implemented and managed is critical to Callaghan Innovation strategy, and the vision for the future.

As Information Architect you will play a vital part in transforming our Data and Information practices and current state as well as having strong influence and design input on Application Architecture. You will support the organisation to more agile ways of working and enabling greater data outcomes, so we can deliver even more innovation value to our customers and our country.

You will be part of an Architecture and Business Analysis team working across Callaghan Innovation's processes, people and systems. Furthermore, you're a systems' thinker, focussed on designing solutions and systems that make it easy for people to do the right thing. A pragmatic problem solver with an eye on the big picture. You'll use your expertise and experience in architecture and system design to continuously improve our information and data architectures and the corresponding systems.

It is an incredibly meaningful time to be joining us as we move to Agile ways of working (including new agile Architecture practices) and we embark on some incredibly exciting programmes of work and organisational change.

Understanding of data management practices and frameworks

- A demonstrated professional relationship with previous internal customers delivering outcomes that drive organisational change
- Able to interface effectively with and advise executive and senior managers - across digital, science and business stakeholders
- Prepared to challenge the status quo, and engage in rigorous and robust debate while maintaining engagement
