Your Opportunity

This role requires a motivated and proactive person with a very fine eye for detail and commercial mindset. You will be an advanced excel user with skills using VBA, Power Query, DAX to develop and model pricing solutions for our customers, prospective customers, and sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and finance to review, understand, and develop pricing proposals which reflect customer and business requirements.- Take the lead on developing and producing complex pricing and financial models for tenders/RFP. Proposals will include a proposed operational solution, commercial and financial aspects of the bid whilst breaking down in detail the buildup of the final price.-
- Ensure compliance with the internal governance process and all submissions to clients reflect the internal approval.- Review current pricing process and build best practice solutions to improve efficiency and consistency from RFP through reviewing financial performance post award.- Support the Business Development team in any other pricing related queries

What you’ll bring to this role

You will need to demonstrate the ability to influence others in sound judgment and decision-making; have great interpersonal and communication skills; be a creative thinker; one who can be solutions and delivery focused, and above all have a great customer service ethos.

This position requires the following qualifications and experience:
- Advanced Microsoft Excels skills and strong experience in Power Query, DAX and PowerBi- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to translate complex information and concepts verbally, in writing and using visual presentations- Great time management and can prioritise and reprioritise workloads- Strong commercial acumen with exceptional attention to detail- CPA or similar qualification is preferred but not essential
