**Our Organisation**
Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua MidCentral (MidCentral) is part of Te Whatu Ora, Health New Zealand and provides healthcare services to over 180,000 people across the Manawatū, Horowhenua and Tararua regions. With a large hospital campus in Palmerston North, it also provides key health care and support services to neighbouring communities.
**The Opportunity**
The purpose of this role is to provide excellent digital services by delivering collaborative and broad-based systems and technical support services to Te Whatu Ora. This role will be required to maintain a domain of specialty knowledge and mentor/support others to develop their skills in this area whilst actively pursuing development into other domains of specialty.
**About You**
You will have a passion for exceeding customer expectations and getting stuff done. Able to act as the routine contact point, receiving and handling requests for support and responding to a broad range of service requests. You will be constantly looking for opportunities to improve the services we provide and work collaboratively across Digital Services and across Te Whatu Ora. Your sense of humour, energy and drive will be infectious across the team to support the change in culture and modernise how we deliver.
