TempsNZ is a young recruitment agency based in MT Roskill, deeply rooted within the Latin community as its founders are both Latin Americans.

**What we are looking for**:
A temping recruiter who is driven, focus and passionate. Experience in recruitment is desirable, but mostly we want to hire someone that would add to the team by working hard and being a team player.

Flexibility: This is not a 9 to 5 job. As Temp recruiters, we have to deal with multiple situations in real time meaning we need to be ready to act even outside of regular hours.

Hunger: Cant emphasized this enough In this industry the sky is the limit, we would offer a base salary with a commission scheme so that you can generate as much income as you wish.

Excellent customer service: Our customers are used to excellent service so we would require our new team members to keep up with the standards.

**About you**:
To be eligible for this job you would need:
Proficient English both written and speaking (Spanish would be an advantage as some of our clients speak Spanish and prefer to use the language while conducting business).

To be a peoples the main part of our job is helping people find jobs so we need someone that would care about others, rather than just filling an opening.

Be able to work throughout the Christmas period till May before taking your next holiday. This job opened because one of our team member would be taking leave in the upcoming months so we need to be able to cope with the demand we have at the moment by adding someone to the team.
