**About The Opportunity**:
As a **Social Worker**, you will play a crucial role in helping children and families achieve success in a highschool environment

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working with diverse case loads, collaborating with counsellors to provide holistic support
- Collaborating with government agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
- Running programs in partnership with schools to address social issues
- Engaging with the community to raise awareness and provide resources

**About You**:

- 1 - 2 years experience as a social worker
- A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and families
- The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- A Bachelor of Social Work and Social Worker Registration
- Police Check and Childrens Worker Safety Check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A full driver's licence and vehicle
