Are you ready to make a difference? We're currently hiring for our next **Senior Sales Consultant for our Newmarket retail store.**

**The WHAT?**
- This opportunity is for 23.75 hours per week, working over the following roster; Monday: 12:30pm - 7:15pm, Thursday: 1:30pm - 8:00pm, Friday: 5:15pm - 9:15pm, Sunday: 11:15am - 7:15pm_

**As a team member, you will**
- Act as a keyholder, with higher duties including opening and closing of the store and running the floor when required
- Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified
- Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
- Thoroughly understand the customer's needs, we consult our customers as experts in the field to share our knowledge and find the best fit
- Participate in the success of the store, through providing excellent customer experience, merchandising, processing stock, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators
- Be an active part of the team, embodying the team model and CORE values

**To be successful you will need**:

- An ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective relationships.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous experience working in retail ideal
- Attention to detail, can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly.
