Christmas is fast approaching, and with it comes the excitement for all our stores We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help create a festive shopping experience.

At Noel Leeming, we take pride in delivering exceptional in-store service. Our team of Passionate Experts offers personalised advice, live demonstrations, and seamless end-to-end service to ensure that even during the hustle and bustle of Christmas, our customers leave with the perfect product.

Our Christmas opportunities are Fixed-term, and you will be required to work through the holiday period (September-November until Mid-January).

As one of our Christmas Team Members, you will provide an unforgettable shopping experience to our customers, assisting with their purchases and queries. We have two different role types available:

- ** Customer Service Rep** - Assisting customers at the checkout, managing refunds, and supporting team members where needed.
- ** Sales Consultant** - On the shop floor, selling our products to customers.

**Qualifications**
As a Customer Service Rep, your responsibilities will include:

- Work on the checkouts assisting customers with their purchases
- Processing refunds and managing any queries
- Running exciting promotions to engage customers
- Assisting your fellow team members where needed

As a Sales Consultant your responsibilities will include:

- Selling our wide range of tech products
- Building relationships with our customers
- Keeping the store presentable

You will be someone who brings:

- A friendly, approachable nature
- Display a positive, can-do attitude
- Have the flexibility to work from September-November until Mid-January, including weekends.
- Be reliable and able to work unsupervised
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
