**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for formulating, shaping and driving the National vaccine preventable disease Programme and any other related, assigned Critical Risk Programme, ensuring alignment to Te Whatu Ora's Risk Framework.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Programme and/or project management in a large complex organisation
- Previous responsibility at a leadership level for developing, maintaining, and influencing mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships
- Reporting on programme and/or project progress against objectives, outcomes, and outputs
- Several years of experience in healthcare or a similar industry
- Developing and implementing an Occupational Health & Wellbeing vaccine preventable disease Management Framework in a large organisation
- Managing Occupational Health / Health & Safety risks in a large complex organisation
- Risk analysis (Bowtie analysis preferred)
