**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Warehouse Manager** to take charge of our operations, ensuring smooth receiving, storage, and distribution processes. If you have a strong leadership mindset, expertise in warehouse optimization, and a passion for improving processes, we want to hear from you

This is a permanent, full-time role, and we offer a minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week of work. We offer competitive remuneration between $30- $40 per hour based on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Ø Develop and execute warehouse management strategies to optimize space and inventory control.

Ø Lead and mentor the warehouse team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Ø Negotiate and improve coordination with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams.

Ø Monitor stock levels and implement systems to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Ø Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment.

Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and service providers.

Ø Generate operational reports to track performance and drive continuous improvement.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Must have gained relevant industry qualification to efficiently carry out the responsibilities of this role.

Proven experience at a supervisor/ managerial level for at least one Year or more is required in the absence of the qualification requirement.

Availability to work in early morning, afternoon and evening shifts
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflow efficiency.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
