**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Linda Jones Retirement Village in Hamilton as a Caregiver in our Special Care Unit. This position will be working with our lovely residents who need an experienced and reliable person with a passion for dementia care.

We have a full time, permanent position available working Tuesday and Wednesday 2245 - 0715 as a Senior Caregiver, and Friday and Saturday 2300 - 0700 as a Caregiver.

In this role you will:

- Oversee residents providing activities to engage them
- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa
Engage with our residents and developing lasting relationships with them and their families
- Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
- Take time to learn about each and every resident, their background, what's makes them happy to help them enjoy life to the fullest
