**Job Description**:

**What will you be doing?**
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Following the service standards
- Ensuring that all items for dispatch are packaged according to the set standard
- Ensuring the accuracy of contents for each dispatch item
- Monitoring the store transfer report on a daily basis and ensure transfer requests are fulfilled
- Maintaining the courier register on a daily basis and courier tracking information
- Assisting with reconciliation of weekly reports as required

**Qualifications**:
Ideally, you will have:

- Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and be on your feet for long periods of time
- A passion for helping others and your team
- An interest in tech
