**The Venue**
**The Opportunity**
We have an opportunity for an experienced **Baker** to join the team Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a comparable role, be competent in hand molding and traditional techniques and have an understanding of French and Italian bread products. You will also have the flexibility to work weekends and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Responsible for the quality execution of all bakery offerings
- Day to day operations of appointed bakery section
- Stock management including, ordering, receipting, storing, rotation and wastage
- Assisting in the development of junior team members
