**Our team**

We are now extending an invitation to join this culture, as we recruit for an energetic and proactive Legal Administrator to join our Property and Private Client team, in our Ōtepoti office.

**The position**

This is a great opportunity to advance your knowledge and career as you become involved in all aspects of our busy Ōtepoti office. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to undertake premium work, in an open and transparent environment.

Our Legal Administrators provide high level personal assistance to our Partners as well as secretarial and administrative support to the wider team.

**About you**

To thrive in this role, you will be a proactive, self-motivated individual, who has the ability to multi-task with ease, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and prioritise with initiative to coordinate work with exceptional communication skills.

You will have strong technical and interpersonal skills, demonstrate approachability and integrity, and work with a collaborative attitude and present as an all-round administration superstar. Prior PA or Administrator experience is required.
