**The Role**

Your main responsibilities:

- Create and cost weekly rosters
- Analyse weekly and monthly financial reports to find areas where the business can be made more profitable
- Complete ordering and receiving of all stock in line with the budget and complete an accurate weekly stocktake
- Lead others and set the example of the standards of the business
- Ensure daily reports are being completed on all shifts
- Manage bookings and functions
- Involvement within customer satisfaction and feedback
- Ensure the Food Control Plan diary and training diary is always filled out and up to date and the outlet carries “A” food hygiene rating
- Ensure every team member is hired inducted, trained & developed following the Cook Brothers Bars systems
- Run a performance review at least once every three months
- Planning and adjusting menus alongside the executive chef

**Skills / Experience**

Management experience is essential, we require someone who is able to hit the ground running.

What we are looking for is:

- Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
- Energy and enthusiasm
- ANZSCO Skill level 2 is beneficial but not essential
- Someone who is able to build strong rapport with the team fast
- A flexible, fun and driven individual
