Tunnel Inspector

**What will you do?**:
As a Tunnel Inspector, you will join our Auckland Transport service group team based out of the CRL Alliance site office in central Auckland. This role could also be titled a Clerk of Works as the duties centre around the monitoring of the quality of tunnelling works in which you oversee our involvement in the delivery of Auckland’s City Rail Link.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’:

- Be a positive and effective communicator who builds strong relationships, sets clear expectations, and works together with others to successfully meet them
- Have previously worked in an underground environment. Prior TBM construction experience would be of value
- Enjoy moving between sites and the office, working on several sites at any one time to identify problems, assist with solutions, and represent Aurecon at site meetings
- Be the go-to Aurecon representative on site for all things tunnelling

**What can you bring to the team?**:
You will have had a significant period of working within the tunnelling industry, ideally in leading and supervising construction teams to deliver quality underground projects.
