**About the Role - Korero mo te Turanga**

We're looking for a proactive and organised Coordinator to join our high-performing Talent Advisory team at Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI). This opportunity has come about due to the internal progression of our current Coordinator, a reflection of the great learning and development opportunities within our team.

You will also lead all monthly recruitment finances, and ad hoc reporting on behalf of the team. As a part of ongoing continuous improvement, you will have the opportunity to support initiatives and projects.

This is a varied and busy role where no two days are the same. You'll need to be confident juggling multiple priorities, have strong attention to detail, and bring a proactive, can-do attitude to everything you do.

This role is office based in Wellington City.

**About You - Mou**_ _

This is a great opportunity for an early in career recruitment coordinatior, HR administrator, or a similar support role with around 1 to 3 years' experience.

What we're looking for:

- A natural communicator - clear, professional and warm, with the ability to tailor your approach to difference audiences.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a strong eye for detail.
- A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative working style.
- Confidence using systems and tools (e.g. applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office).
- A genuine interest in people and a desire to support great hiring outcome.

You'll work alongside a supportive team of Advisers and Senior Advisers who bring a range of skills and experience.
