**Position Purpose**

To carry out the Inline QA & QC jobs to support the company’s RMP system.

To carry out Inline QA & QC functions in the processing lines and to ensure that the company’s quality and food safety control systems are implemented according to requirements.

**Main Tasks**

Core objectives include:
1. Responsible for inline QA & QC jobs for the soft gel, powder, hard shell and tablets processing lines until packing into finished products (note: areas of the responsibility to be assigned by the Manager).

2. Production start up, line clearance, in-process and cleaning checks for production to run smoothly as per the specification.

3. Carry out inspection and monitor the inspection outcome in accordance with Company's procedures and requirements.

4. Investigate the abnormality/non-conformance/non-conformity issues happening in the production, investigate and provide practical solutions to resolve the issue together with the production team, and monitor rework if applicable.

5. Responsible for toolbox management.

6. Responsible for the cleaning tools.

7. Prepare bulk retention samples and issue sample submission forms to the external lab for testing.

8. Collect retention samples and testing samples.

9. Carry out water testing.

10. Carry out weekly surveillance audits and daily routine checks to ensure production areas are maintained up to the standard.

11. Carry out load in of the packaging materials and follow up with the internal team for the required information and documents to complete the load in.

12. Management of chemical inventory and preparation of the 75% alcohol for production use.

13. Follow up with the repair and maintenance issues reported from production.

14. Carry out training to operators.

15. General help where required as per the assignment.

**Other Duties**
- The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company. Additional jobs may be assigned from the Manager if any.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Min. a Bachelor Degree in any Science or Engineering discipline.
- Min. one year relevant experience preferably from food or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.

**Knowledge**
- Acceptable knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The advantage to having the HACCP knowledge.

**Personal Attributes**
- Can work multi-tasks and under pressure to review the QA & QC documents and to drive process change to comply with requirements.
- Attention to detail, the acceptable level of communication and written skills in English.
- Good people skill to pursue people to comply with the requirements.
- Should be a self-motivated individual that can work with limited supervision.
- Must be a positive, energetic team player, and an advocate for product excellence and quality.
- Flexible for change and is a good team player.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
