**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years’ industry experience, preferably in a high-end establishment.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office.
- Expertise in wine and food pairing.
- License Controller Qualification and NZ General Managers Certificate.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Planning, organising, and decision-making capabilities.
- Right to live & work in New Zealand.
