Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Administrator to join the Surgical Services at Capital and Coast Hospital. This is a permanent, full time position of 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4.30 pm based at Wellington Regional Hospital. If you are self-motivated and you enjoy a fast-paced environment, this may be a fantastic opportunity for you.

We are a friendly, dedicated team, with a - can do - attitude who ensure the best possible care for our patients. Our team includes, Senior Medical Officers, Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Administration/Booking teams.

Moū - About you
- Experience in dealing with stake holders, customers and staff in a sensitive environment
- Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team.
- Diary management experience including outlook and ZoomKnowledge of a health environment and proven experience in a people-facing admin role is advantageous but not essential
