**What will you be doing?**

As the Operations Manager, you will be the Site Leader, reporting to the General Manager, and with relationships across the senior leadership team, lead team and department managers - so you will hold an influential role in your capacity of 'change manager'. With a focus on driving productivity, quality and health & safety, you will harness your experience as a leader to embed the company's strategic vision and achieve its commercial goals.

**What are we looking for?**
- Operational leadership experience within the FMCG sector (food, dairy, beverage or other high compliance environments). Able to overview operations while also drilling down into the detail when needed.
- Proven leadership skills - mentoring direct reports and ensuring training needs are met across the operation.
- An understanding of food safety and export standards.
- A commitment to ensuring strong processes and practices are in place to ensure optimal health and safety outcomes.
- You live and breathe continuous improvement - both people and processes - and are able to get others on board the journey of excellence.
- You have highly effective communication skills and are able to relate to operations teams at all levels.
