**_Te mahi/The role_**
The landscape of how teaching and learning is delivered and consumed has changed, and the suite of technology solutions that support this activity needs to remain relevant and able to deliver the digital experience our students expect.
In this Product Manager role, you will lead a team of professionals responsible for aligning our digital learning platforms to meet the requirements of our business owners and enable the organisation to innovate and respond to the changing digital learning landscape.
You will also be responsible for managing the suite of digital learning systems lifecycle through the different phases of delivery and continuous improvement; taking into consideration all aspects of IT deployment such as change control, automated regression testing and product feature onboarding, working with development teams as well as generalist and specialist support teams.
We’re on the path to developing a truly customer centric and product focused culture within the Information Systems Group and your ability to champion and evolve our digital learning products leveraging the wider capabilities of the group is a key part of this journey.
**_Kā pūkeka me kā wheako/Skills and experience_**
A strong client focus is key to success in this Product Manager position. You will be the type of person who is comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and personalities across the wider organisation.
Ideally, you will be comfortable working in agile environments, with exposure to using a range of value-based metrics to monitor the success and health of products and services, using an evidence-based approach to support our business owners with product decisions.
You should be familiar with agile processes, and principles, with experience working with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Specific knowledge in the field of digital learning management systems is a plus.

This is a permanent, full-time (1.0FTE) position.
