We are seeking an experienced Tyre Manager or an experienced and motivated Tyre Fitter ready to take the next step in their career to lead a small, dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a deep understanding of the tyre industry.

As the Tyre Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch service delivery, and drive business growth. You’ll work closely with customers, lead your team, and contribute to the ongoing success of Albany Village Bridgestone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify customers’ tyre requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Perform tyre fitting, balancing, and wheel alignments.
- Address and resolve wheel/tyre-related issues efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage sales, inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.
- Lead and motivate a small team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Report directly to the CEO.

We are looking for someone who brings:

- A full, clean driver’s license (including the ability to drive manual vehicles).
- Must be able to work rostered Saturdays.
- A customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with workshop systems.
