Description
We are looking for an entry level or graduate Operations Coordinator to join our Manukau Head Office with main responsibilities as below:

- Support the Facilities Manager in management for all building maintenance and improvement tasks
- Manage all costs and the processing of all invoices related to works you are responsible for and organise
- Managing building warrant of fitness
- Managing and improving service contracts

**Requirements**:

- Solution based thinking
- An understanding of basic building maintenance
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
