THE ROLE
We are looking for an energetic and driven Assistant Store Manager for our Bayfair, Tauranga store.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with your Store Manager through regular sales analysis, management of the customer experience and the overall development for your team - all leading to the growth and team succession

- A demonstrated history as Full-timer/Senior casual, key holder or 3IC
- A strategic mindset with problem-solving skills and collaborative attitude
- An understanding of KPI management
- A passion for people, their development and growth
- Operational experience regarding inventory management and Visual Merchandising standards
