**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity supporting our Senior VP, Sales & Marketing and the wider international sales operations team based in Auckland, East Tamaki. Primary focus of the role will be to provide a high level of team administration support to the team including reporting, expense and calendar management and travel bookings.

**About You**

You will be a highly organized PA/Team Administrator with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. You will have an ability to manage multiple tasks and have exceptional attention to detail. Your proven computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite will allow you to carry out this role effectively. You will also be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships at all levels of the business. You will be able to show your initiative, be flexible and have an ability to juggle multiple priorities. You will have the willingness to go to the extra mile and have a mature yet enthusiastic approach. SAP experience would also be advantageous.
