A multidisciplinary project team including clinical and administrative representatives is considered a critical factor in delivering a successful outcome to this strategic project.
About the Role
As a dedicated project resource, the midwife specialist role will be responsible for delivering a range of project outcomes, particularly those relating to clinical workflows and those requiring clinical guidance and consideration.
**Your other duties include**:
Assisting in the development and maintenance of up to date information sharing processes between the different providers of maternity services
Facilitating a close working relationship between clinical, operational and technical staff through face to face discussions, meetings, workshop facilitation and written communication.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following:
At least 3 years' experience in the midwifery field
Knowledge and experience with current IT systems and understanding of maternity data
Problem solving skills and able to work independently or with a team
