Griffins Merchandiser

We have a number of opportunities across NZ for people to join us and work around their studies, plus earn extra money during the breaks.

Our independent ‘merchandisers’ deliver our clients products from the stockroom to display in just about every Grocery Retailer in NZ, DIY stores and Petrol Stations all over NZ.

We have quite a few Students who see this work as getting fit AND getting paid. Most of our work is evenings (Sunday’s especially) or early mornings and so can be worked around studies.

This role is working as a Griffins Merchandiser at Countdown Mairangi Bay. We have availability across the North Shore - view our jobs ads for more information and to apply.

**Details**:_Builds must be completed after 8.00pm Sunday, and before 8.00am Monday

- Work Offered: 45mins

**Tasks involve**:

- Building a Griffins display
- Building a strong relationship in the store
- Stacking grocery products on shelves

**To be successful in this role you must**:

- Have reasonable English skills
- Be computer literate
- Have a decent smartphone with a data plan
- Possess a high level of self-motivation
- Have initiative and a passion for retail

Applicants must also have a current driver’s license, access to a car (other than in major town centres), and have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. If you have some experience in a supermarket or retail environment that would be great, but don’t worry if not because we’ll put you through a short detailed training program. This role involves physical activity, including some medium lifting and stacking products. As part of the recruitment process, we will assess your ability to perform these tasks and train you to be safe.
