We at **Bupa Parkstone Care Home** are searching for **Caregivers** who embody these values to share our journey with. You’ll be surrounded by a team of like-minded health professionals that support and care for residents and each other.

There are** part time and casual positions** available, working on a rotating roster, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle. Under the guidance and supervision of qualified nursing staff and management, you will provide residents with a high level of care and comfort.

**Key Task and Responsibilities**
- Treat residents with respect and dignity
- Assist and support residents in their daily life
- Contribute to the development of a positive, safe, home environment for residents, visitors, and the wider team
- Follow policies and procedures

**Who are we looking for?**
- You will demonstrate enthusiasm, care, and passion for making a positive impact to residents
- Must have flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends and evenings.
- Reliable transport or travel arrangements
