You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of community facilities and open spaces that includes theatres, a museum, swimming pools, public toilets, parks and reserves, sportsgrounds and playgrounds.

**About the Role**
- Support a small, dedicated team through clear priorities and effective leadership.
- Lead the strategic planning of community facility assets and elevate asset management practices.
- Oversee operations, maintenance, renewals, and capital programmes.
- Manage contracts and the performance of service providers.

You’ll hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Asset Management, or similar and have significant experience managing assets or facilities. Ideally, you’ll be a member of a professional organisation such as FMANZ or a similar body.
