**We’re looking for an unqualified Caregiver at our Bader Street centre.**

**What will I be doing?**

This is where you come in Whānau are at the heart of everything we do so you’ll be playing a key role in building relationships with our children and families here at BestStart Bader Street.

BestStart Bader Street is centrally located in the Melville area and is licensed for 65 children across three different age groups. Each room is well resourced with age-appropriate playgrounds meeting the developmental needs of the children in each area. Each room is also ably led by a head teacher and the centre undertakes regular excursion to meet the interests of the tamariki.
- Ability to work collaboratively to support kaiako and tamariki
- Excellent communication skills and ability to use initiative
- Passion for building meaningful relationships with tamariki and their families
- Energetic, motivated, creative, and compassionate
- Has a reliable and flexible approach
- Flexible team player who is keen to work with diverse communities
**This is a full-time position (40hrs) working Monday - Friday.
