**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Frame and Truss Assembly**:Efficiently and accurately assemble frame and truss components according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
- **Material Handling**:Safely handle and transport materials, ensuring a smooth workflow on the production floor.
- **Quality Control**:Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure all components meet the company's quality standards before finalizing the assembly.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the production team to optimize processes and contribute to the overall success of the manufacturing operation.
- **Safety Compliance**:Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Hammerhand in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**What We Offer**:

- $25-$27 p/hr dependant on experience
