Our client is looking for a new Accounts Administrator to join their family orientated team. Reporting to the Directors, the Accounts Administrator is a key role to assist the company and office team run smoothly and efficiently. The team value supporting each other, chipping in where needed and provide back up, assisting others when there is an overflow of work.

**This role has some key responsibilities, including**:
Accounts Payables:

- Supplier invoice management and filing
- Running Accounts Payables summaries
- Checking outstanding invoices, making sure all suppliers are paid
- Preparing and sending monthly Payable GST report to the accountant

Accounts Receivables:

- Maintaining the billing system
- Payment reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or enquiries
- Preparing and sending monthly receivable GST report to the accountant
- First and foremost, strong communication skills, with no problems chasing accounts or paperwork required from the team
- Competent accounts administration know-how, reconciliations, and invoicing experience
- General administration knowledge and experience across the board
- A detailed approach to work, and a passion for accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- A high level of computing ability, with experience in MYOB preferred but not essential
- A sense of humour, we are a fun team and enjoy a bit of banter in the office
