**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Are you a curious, data-driven mind ready to shape smarter digital experiences? OneRoof is on the hunt for a talented Digital Analyst to join our Analytics & Optimisation team. You'll play a key role in turning data into powerful insights that enhance our website, app, and marketing performance. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you'll get your hands on everything from web analytics and dashboarding to A/B testing and customer experience.

**HOW YOU’LL DO IT**:
You’ll dive deep into data to support smarter decisions across teams, including Sales, Product, UX, Marketing, and Customer Engagement. Your day-to-day will involve:

- Creating reports and dashboards using Google Analytics, Power BI, and Google Data Studio
- Analysing user behaviour to uncover trends and drive optimisation ideas
- Identifying opportunities for website optimisations and reporting on A/B tests
- Ideally using SQL and BigQuery to model and manipulate large datasets
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency with tracking setups via GTM
- Collaborating across the business to provide insights to support strategic goals
- Gathering and interpreting qualitative feedback such as from surveys and customer interviews to improve understanding of customers and elevate the customer experience

**ABOUT YOU**:

- 3+ years in digital or web analytics
- University degree in relevant field such as statistics, computer/data science, marketing
- Solid experience with GA4, GTM, Google Data Studio
- Experience with SQL (BigQuery) a plus
- A curious mind and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication - able to explain the “why” behind the numbers and make recommendations
- A good grasp of User Experience and customer behaviour
- A team-first attitude and a proactive approach to solving problems
- Bonus points for front-end skills or experience building A/B tests in visual editors
