With several accolades to their name, the award-winning company hold a strong reputation as expert commercial cleaners for private and public organisations from owner operated franchises across New Zealand. Their cleaning programmes are tailored to industry and specific business needs, utilising franchised cleaning crews across the country to deliver exceptional cleaning services.
They now need an eager and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Manager who can act as a connector & trusted advisor to the business franchises and clients. This position is 6 months maternity cover, however due to significant business growth their may be opportunity to extend or potentially go permanent.
**About the role**:
The purpose of the role is to successfully manage relationships with the cleaning franchises and commercial customers within the Auckland and Northland Region. The role will see you developing strong business relationships for the purpose of ongoing work, to promote value of services, always ensuring exception customer service and support.
**Day to day responsibilities**:
- Engage in regular communication with clients via phone and personal visits, providing support and guidance where necessary, acting as a trusted advisor to both the clients and franchise.
- Undertake site checks and Quality Assurance checks as prescribed in frequency per client. You will receive training on this.
- Cross communicates with the wider team to ensure they are up to date on your relevant customers & franchisees.
- Maintaining relationships with key customers that will allow for ongoing business.
- Responding to existing and new client’s needs for quotations & variations.
- Ensure critical care audits and completed to company standard.
