Commercial Cleaner

Location - Cambridge (Commercial site work is required within the Waikato region)

Hours of work will be 32- 35 hours weekly. You have to work 6 days a week with flexible hours as per customer nature of business.

Experience
- relevant work experience in commercial cleaning will be ideal.

Job duties for cleaners must include below tasks but not limited too: You will report directly to Site Manager/ Owner.
- You are required to provide effectively and efficiently cleaning service delivery to the customers on sites as advised by Manager Or Site Manager.
- Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors
- Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and cleans carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed
- Disposing of trash from bins and containers
- dusting furniture and room accessories as needed
- Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces
- Cleaning sinks, basins, and toilets/ bathrooms
- Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
- Follow site security protocols at all times
- Complete site work within roasted hours
- Report to manager when equipment needs repair/servicing.
- Maintain an updated site key and card register.
- Raise the cleaning issues and complaints to Manager at same time
- All incidents Or accidents must be reported within 24 hours to Manager/ Owner

**Salary**: $27.76 - $28.00 per hour
