We are looking for talented Investigators to join our high-performing Cartels Team. These are full time, permanent positions based in either of our Wellington or Auckland offices.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
Our Cartels team is responsible for investigating possible cartel conduct under the Commerce Act, both as a civil and criminal offence. We work closely with businesses and consumers around what cartel conduct is and how to avoid it.
We are looking for someone with investigation experience. You will need to assist others in the Cartel Investigations team to gather information through a variety of key investigative techniques including analysis of documents, interviews, evidence handling and market research.

**Key aspects of these roles include**:

- working in/leading teams of investigators, lawyers and economists;
- gathering, researching, and analysing complex information;
- presenting evidence and information verbally and in writing to decision-makers;
- working with internal and external stakeholders, including managers, Commissioners, and the business community; and
- working simultaneously across multiple projects.
