**Your Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a Group Process Leader, you will:

- Be a safety champion - Lead safety assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Optimize & innovate processes - Use Lean & Six Sigma to drive yield improvement, process development, and operational efficiency.
- Lead impactful projects - Oversee product development, machinery upgrades, commissioning, and continuous process refinement.
- Provide customer technical support - Ensure seamless new product introductions and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Enhance product quality & compliance - Ensure food safety, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and hygiene procedures are upheld to the highest standards.
- Facilitate problem-solving activities - Lead Kaizen events, structured problem-solving, and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Drive structured troubleshooting - Identify problems and implement robust preventative actions using Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root cause analysis (RCA), and other methodologies.
- Develop and mentor teams - Engage employees and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We need a strategic, results-driven leader with a passion for process optimization and operational excellence. You should have:

- An engineering, technical, or chemical/plastics degree - Strong technical expertise is essential.
- Six Sigma or similar process improvement training - Lean, SPC, FMEA, and RCA experience preferred.
- Proven leadership & project management skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities - Experience in identifying, analysing, and implementing process improvements.
- Exceptional communication & stakeholder management - Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- People management expertise - Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and drive change.
