Located in South Auckland, Middlemore Hospital is the largest tertiary hospital operated by Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand. We serve the diverse and often high needs population of Counties Manukau district, which stretches across Otahuhu to Port Waikato.

With a talented team of almost 50 clinical pharmacists, we provide clinical pharmacy services to inpatient areas spanning across Medicine, Surgery (including National Burns Centre & Spinal Unit), Older People’s Health & Rehabilitation, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Women’s & Children’s Health, Mental Health, Infectious Diseases & Antimicrobial Stewardship, Palliative Care, Complex Pain, Refugee Health and Medicines Information.

**Successful applicants must be**:

- Eligible to work in NZ
- New Zealand registered pharmacist with current APC or eligibility to obtain one
- Able to work flexible hours and participate in our on call, weekend and extended hours rosters
