We’re looking for an enthusiastic Café Attendant to join our team and help deliver excellent service to every customer. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with food and drink preparation, serve customers with a smile, and keep the café clean and welcoming. If you're a team player with great communication skills and a passion for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you. Previous cafe service experience is preferred, and a great attitude is essential

**Main responsibilities of the role include**:
Café Service Excellence
- Provide an excellent customer service environment, greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately, upselling products and deals to ensure the customer receives best value for money
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including tables, counters and equipment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

**What are we looking for?**
- A minimum of 6 months’ customer service experience in hospitality, FMCG, or restaurant
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system operation
- Health and safety and first aid knowledge, preferably with a Level 1 or 3 First Aid certificate
- A customer centric focus
- A friendly, positive, approachable demeanour, whilst able to maintain confidentiality

To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional people skills, discretion and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

You'll be part of a dynamic team roster, with shifts scheduled between 10am and 10pm, seven days a week - because the fun (and the work) doesn’t stop on weekends or public holidays
