**About the Company**:
Alto packaging’s Hamilton Site produces Industrial Packaging for Animal & Human health, Chemical Sectors and Food packaging for the FMCG and Food Service Sectors.
**About the Role**:
We are an organisation that is proud of our approach to service, so a strong focus on delivering the required outcomes is key. We’re looking for someone who has prior experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for picking distribution orders via RF scanning, loading and unloading of outwards and inwards goods as well as shipping containers, stocktaking and cycle counting and the completion of required documentation. This role ensures the efficient operation of the warehouse activities. Our site is a busy one, to be successful in this role you will be a motivated self-starter and an enthusiastic team player.
- The following attributes are essential for the right person: *
- Previous warehouse experience with a focus on receivables and despatching is desirable
- Current forklift & Reach Truck driver’s license with at least 2 years, experience and certification.
- Health and safety conscious and be familiar with heavy lifting techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a 'can-do' positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Be available from 7.00am - 4.00 pm Monday to Friday.
- Be flexible with working overtime as required.
- Competency in the use of computers as well as excel & word.
- Experience with SAP would be an advantage.
- Physically fit & Hardworking.
- Good attention to detail
