We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager in our Domino's store located in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.
We are looking for an organized, energetic person with either a Diploma level qualification or higher in Business or Hospitality Management or at least three years of work experience in similar management role, who will lead and inspire others. You will show your passion for people, excellent management skills and commitment to excellence and high standards.

Experience in
Ø A high volume fast paced hospitality business
Ø Recruiting, training, managing staff.
Ø Roster planning and costing
Ø Ordering & monitor stock levels, maintaining product mix.
Ø Food Control Plan knowledge/Compliance
Ø Budgeting
Ø Implementing marketing strategies to grow sales and boost profitability.
Ø Maintaining Health and safety standards

We will provide at least 30 hours of work per week for this role. The minimum pay-rate for this role is $34 per hour and the maximum pay-rate is $36 per hour.
Class 1 Full driving licence is required.
