As a result of developing, growing, and promoting our internal staff, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Counter role in our Albany team. We are looking for an energetic professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Welcoming customers to the trade counter with a friendly smile and building great relationships with them
- Picking, processing orders and ensuring customers leave with what they need
- Growing sales through upselling products, sharing promotions and encouraging repeat business
- Ensuring the trade counter and showroom are presented professionally

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Trade or retail sales experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person
- A friendly, can-do attitude - You love helping people
- An eye for detail, who likes to get the job done
- Reliable and hardworking - You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
