This is an excellent opportunity to work for an experienced and well-established Auckland based company.

We are looking for 1 full-time ((40-50 hours/week, working from Monday to Friday) construction cleaner to join our team on a Permanent basis. The location of work will be within the Auckland Region.

**Construction Cleaner is required to**:

- Ensure cleaning and associated duties are performed to a consistent and high quality standard
- May clean our warehouse and construction sites as required
- Remove dirt or old insulation from surfaces
- Dust and wash all surfaces, polish all the interior glass, marble, and tile surfaces
- Vacuum and steam cleaning carpets, upholstery and floors
- Clean windows inside and out, remove stickers on windows and appliances
- Inspections of all areas are carried out
- Gather and remove rubble, dirt, and hazardous waste from construction site
- Ensure the site has correct materials and equipment to undertake relevant tasks
- Attend each job according to the schedule and be time-conscious
- Handle cleaning products such as chemicals, brooms, mops and etc
- Ensure site is always tidy and organised
- Follow all health and safety regulations

We offer a competitive salary of $29.66/hour and it could be negotiated to up to $32.00 per hour depending on your personal attributes and experiences.
