**Boat Operations & Sales Manager - Daily by YachtShare**

**Location**: Westhaven Marina, Auckland (occasional travel to Pine Harbour)
**Hours**: 25 hours per week (with potential for growth)
**Salary**: Starting at $30/hr + commission

**What You’ll Do**:

- Meet and onboard new clients, handling sales enquiries and subscriptions
- Conduct introductory training sessions with new subscribers
- Manage bookings and client communications using **Pipedrive CRM** and other systems
- Oversee boat operations, working with contractors and managing maintenance schedules
- Be on call for **booking changes, technical support, and urgent client needs**
- Assist in **growing the fleet**—once subscriptions fill up, we’ll expand into more boats and marinas

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Boating experience is a must** (especially with **motorboats 5-12m**)
- Qualifications in boating are a strong advantage
- Strong **sales and client management** skills—you’ll need to be engaging, charismatic, and confident
- Highly **organised**, especially when working with contractors and scheduling maintenance
- Ability to **work independently while being part of a team**—you’ll have support but must make decisions on the go.
- Based in Auckland with flexibility to **travel to Pine Harbour occasionally**
- Ability to **handle minor repairs and maintenance** when required, as well as identifying potential issues
- ** Vessel checks**, inspections, and some cleaning will be part of the role
