**About the role**:
We are looking for an organised, energised and customer focused experienced Administrator to join our great team in the Kidz First Public Health based at the Clendon Community Office.

Our Public Health Nursing Community based team is looking for an experienced administrator who can provide clinical administration support to the team. As clinical administration, you will be required to communicate with external parties, data entry and general reception duties.

This is a Monday to Friday, full-time position, flexibility to work on weekends is a must during busy periods, and flexibility to work on weekends is a must during busy periods. This role will be primarily located in the Clendon office; however flexibility to move around different sites with Counties Manukau community is required.

**About you**:
Previous experience in the health sector and is desired but not mandatory.

**Essential skills**:

- 2-3 years administrative experience
- Proven record in an administrator position with a similar scope
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including an extensive use of Excel
- Data management skills including data entry, interpretation and analysis

The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.
