Clever Core New Zealand is a purpose-designed offsite manufacturing facility based in Wiri. We are building a new generation of homes for New Zealand and want to be the number one supplier of panellised homes designed specifically for manufacture.

**What We Do**

We manufacture the walls, floors and roofs to go into Residential homes to save time on site and create a safer and better-quality product. Our clients come to us for homes that can be built faster, more accurately and with less waste.

**The Job**
- 50/50 split with time on-site & in facility
- Installation of roofing sheets & flashings
- Ensure the plant and equipment are available and maintained in sound working order to create a safe working environment and practices and behaviours every day
- Working closely with the team to improve processes, maintain quality, reduce waste, and lower costs wherever possible

**Skills / Requirements / Experience**
- Trade Certificate & LBP Qualified
- Strong Health and Safety understanding (Safety First Attitude)
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current Working at Heights tickets

**You Will Need To**:

- Be eligible to work and live in New Zealand
- Pass a Pre-Employment medical & Drug + Alcohol Test
- Pass a Criminal Check
