**Architectural Graduate or Registered Architect**

Grada Recruitment is working alongside one of New Zealands leading Architectural practices to recruit their next Senior Architectural Graduate or Registered Architect. If you have passion, talent and drive then we want to speak to you. This client is a well-known NZIA registered practice that is well known across the country. This practice has won over hundreds off awards for their exceptional designs.

**What our client can do for you - $70,000 - $100,000**

**Skills and experience needed**
- **4 years NZ experience** at an intermediate level or higher
- Strong Revit skills are essential
- You will be workingacross all stages from concept/developed and detailed design
- Have a sound understanding of the NZ building codes and compliance
- You will also lodge all building and resource consent into the local council
- You will also be exposed to site work with site liaising, site measurement, contract administration and delivery
